I have always invested my time in both personal and professional development, especially in leadership and management, by attending coaching courses and seminars.

I became a qualified Coach, approved by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), in 2018.

In 2020, I attended the High Impact Leadership course at the University of Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership.

In 2021, I qualified as a Team Coaching Specialist at Brown University of Professional Studies – ACT Leadership.

I believe that professional development and improvement are the foundation of my career, which is why I am a member of ICF and IATEFL LAMSIG.

I believe in coaching and the power it has to improve professional performance, including that of language teachers.

I served as Chief Operating Officer of AISLi (Italian Association of Language Schools) from 2005 to 2016 and as President of AISLi from 2016 to 2020. Since 2016, I have been Responsible for Inspections and Accreditation.

In April 2024, I launched the Future Skills Agency project promoted by AISLi, in collaboration with Cambridge. A project that accredits schools that integrate soft skills into their curriculum.
